Small Group Classes

What’s an EMBODY PILATES class like?

Small Group Pilates

Our personalised studio sessions are the most popular way to learn Pilates and gain the benefits of an individualised program and close supervision.   Suitable for any body and any age, the class size is small, with only 3-4 people per class.  You will use specialised Pilates equipment such as the reformer, trapeze table & stability chair. In each class you will learn a variety of exercises, keeping you challenged and constantly improving your health and fitness. As your body changes, so does your exercise program, being constantly modified and progressed, depending on your needs.

This type of class is recommended for people with special requirements, whether it be pre/post pregnancy, injury management, chronic fatigue, other physical restrictions or to focus on specific goals.  All classes are highly detailed, private classes and small groups are the best way to improve and learn about your body.

Classes duration is 1 hour.

So how do I get started?

Step 1. Initial consultation

Studio classes require an Initial Consultation before you commence. An Initial consultation is a private 1:1 class where we do a postural and movement assessment.  We will learn about your goals and needs and come up with the best direction for you to take.  It helps us understand where you want to go, how to get you there, and guides you through the basic principles of Pilates.  After the Initial Assessment you can then start your Studio sessions.  Call 0404 235 792 or email info@embodypilates.com.au

Step 2. Small Group Class

After your initial assessment your program will be put together and you are ready to join a small group class. Speak to your instructor or contact Emily by phone 0404 235 792 or email info@embodypilates.com.au to secure a time that suits you.
